JW Marriott Tucson Starr Pass Resort & Spa
We finished off our Arizona visit by spending two nights at the JW Marriott Tucson Resort . I am a big JW resort fan and looked very much toward this portion of the trip !
It was such a unique experience! Having a resort and massive pools surrounded by cactus and mountains with nothing else for miles !
Night Time View
At night you could see the lights from Tucson in the distance. One of the nights we were there, it was a beautiful moon .
Inside The Resort
The decor was very southern rustic. Beautifully decorated. The views from different areas were stunning. Had really good indoor and outdoor space !
The resort also offers many different activities such as early morning hikes and Native American music ceremony.
SPA
We had a massage and a facial at the resort SPA . It was done well. There is a private pool associated with the SPA . You get access to this if you use any of the services or if you are in the rewards program with Marriott . Sometimes the main pool can be crowded and this is a good alternative.
Views From The Hotel
The location of the hotel was just incredible. I took so many photos of the same view simply because I couldn’t get enough of it !!
Food
We had brunch at the resort one day and it was decent food . We had a car so we ate around Tucson. However , if you wanted to stay in there are different options available with in the resort.
The Room
We didn’t get a suite upgrade but it didn’t matter . We had a king bed , nice bathtub and incredible views from the room . My favourite is JW bath products and that didn’t disappoint!
Overall a beautiful resort and very different experience for us . Definitely a good option if you are looking for a resort experience in Arizona!
