One of our friends recommended we visit a buffet while at Singapore. I was a bit skeptical . I am usually not a fan of buffets .

However we decided to give buffets a try and went to Edge for their lunch buffet . Edge is one of the restaurants in the Pan Pacific Hotel . Make reservations.

The spread at the buffet is incredible. It is set up beautifully and is very diverse.

Usually the food made in mass quantities does not taste as good but in this buffet the taste was incredible!

What I found amazing was they had every item I wanted to try in Singapore under one roof and each item tasted authentic ! F*** Hawker stands – you just need to visit Pan Pacific for one meal . Make sure you have an appetite and you can pace yourself!

The buffet is about 70 $ with tax . A bit expensive but so worth it ! It is a one stop to try all the dishes Singapore is famous for !
