Capri the Island has two major towns, Capri and Anacapri. We visited Anacapri first and than dropped by Blue Grotto before catching a bus back to Capri the Town .

When we got there first thing we did was have lunch at Al Ristorante . The restaurant is on a cliff and overlooks the water . We also found the food to be good .

Afterwards we wandered the streets of Capri taking in the restaurants, shops and sights . This Island is known as a vacation place of the Rich and the Famous as such there are many expensive shops and restaurants!

Shopping

There are some cool items that are known for being made in Capri such as the Capri watch ,custom made sandals Jackie Kennedy made famous called Canfora Capri sandals and Fior di Capri ( a perfume made in Capri ) .

Fior Di Capri – Carthusia

One of my main reasons for visiting Capri was to buy Fior Di Capri ! The perfume I had read about as a kid as being made only in Capri .

Was excited to reach the original store of the perfume . The store is called Carthusia and there are many different types of perfume sold there . The original one is called Fior Di Capri . After trying on multiple ones I picked out two large bottles and a sample with three small bottles !

Armando The Barber

While we were at Carthusia came across Armando the Barber . His shop is right off the store . He showed as photos of celebrities he cut hair for . He is such a delightful man . My husband also loves hair cuts so he couldn’t pass this up ! As he got a long leisurely hair cut and shave I bought perfumes ! Perfect setup.

Afterwards we made our way to a beach Club !

Conclusion

Overall enjoyed our time so much in Capri ! Highly recommend making it a stop on your visit .
