We had a working day in Phoenix Arizona! This was the first day of our Arizona vacation and we unexpectedly had to work !

As such all I saw was the area around the hotel , the landscape as we drove to get our rental car , as we drove to dinner and as we left Arizona!!

Nevertheless I was super excited to see the different landscapes and cactuses!! Doesn’t take a lot to make me content !

Don Jose was recommended as a great place for Mexican Food by the shuttle driver at the hotel we stayed at . It has been around since the sixties .

I had high expectations for the food and it was just okay . Not a restaurant I would visit again !

Overall I would go back to Arizona and Phoenix to explore more . The climate will definitely appeal to me in the midst of Canadian winter !
