Downtown Ubud was our reference point during our stay in Ubud . We ended up in downtown many times – for laundry , sight seeing, art market , massages , money exchange and the list goes on .

If you are in Ubud there is a good chance you will be downtown and looking for a good food option in walking distance. We were in this situation and stumbled upon Melting Pot Warung . A Warung is a small restaurant.

We tried about three different dishes and had the dessert as well . The food was simple and full of yummy flavour. Really enjoyed all four dishes !

In the spirit of Ubud our dishes were vegetarian. Nevertheless it was one of the best meal we had in all of Bali and very affordable as well .

Highly recommend this place if you are in Ubud !
